Bicycle Trade Assistant

Job Duties:
Develop and maintain relationships with bicycle trade clients.
Assist clients in resolving after-sales service issues and provide excellent customer support.
Track market trends and competitor activities, and provide market feedback and suggestions.
Requirements:
Passion for cycling and some knowledge of bicycle products.
Prior experience in sales or client management in the bicycle industry is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and under pressure, with a strong team spirit.
Proficiency in both Chinese and English is preferred.
Hold a U.S. green card or be a U.S. citizen.
