Bicycle Trade Customer Manager (full-time/part-time)

Job Duties:
* Develop and maintain relationships with bicycle trade clients.
* Assist clients in resolving after-sales service issues and provide excellent customer support.
* Track market trends and competitor activities, and provide market feedback and suggestions.
Requirements:
* Passion for cycling and some knowledge of bicycle products.
* Prior experience in sales or client management in the bicycle industry preferred.
* Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work independently and under pressure, with a strong team spirit.
* Proficiency in both Chinese and English is preferred.
