Several Recommendations for Cycling Routes in China

The National Day holiday is over, where did you go for a bike ride? In this issue, I recommend a few short-distance cycling routes for everyone and save them for next time.

1、Qin Mountains

The Qin Mountains of the G210 National Road is a holy place for cycling in Xi'an. The total length from Fengyukou at the foot of the mountain to the watershed is 33km. The highest point is 2100m above sea level, of which about 28km is all uphill. It is recommended to divide the watershed from Fengyukou, and from Fengyukou, the scenery becomes majestic and magnificent. One side of the road is close to the mountains, and the other side is the Fenghe River. The mountains and rivers accompany you all the way.

2、Qiandao Lake

The greenway around Qiandao Lake in Chun'an County is more than 140km, connecting the sea of flowers, ancient villages, tunnels, mountains, bridges across the lake, and other landscapes. If you want to visit Qiandao Lake, you need to ride to the Meifeng Observation Deck, you will have a more intuitive understanding of Qiandao Lake, and you can see the scene of the "Qiandao Show" in the lake.

3. The Lijiang River

The Lijiang River is divided into upper and lower reaches of the Lijiang River with the urban area of Guilin as the center. However, for road car enthusiasts, the route around Guangxi in the past is worth a visit. From the central square along the Guiyang Highway south to the Yulong River in Yangshuo, turn to Xingping In the town, you can climb Laozhai Mountain to enjoy the scenery of the Lijiang River. Go over the two hills of the Daxing Line (Note: There is a section of the road that needs to be diverted to Chaotian Township in the near future) and then return.

4. Misofeng Mountain

The 21km climbing section of Miaofeng Mountain is the "Holy Land of Climbing" in the eyes of Beijing riders. Winding mountain roads, quiet villages, beautiful flowers, and plants among the cliffs and cliffs, there is a special scene of "there are picturesque mountains on all sides, and you can see flowers every day of the year". Along the winding mountain road all the way up, there are cliffs on one side and an abyss on the other side, surrounded by lush trees. Climbing to the top in 1 hour has become the goal of many riders constantly challenging themselves. Since Miaofeng Mountain is an open road, riders must control their speed when going downhill, and safety is the first priority.

5. China Snow Town Road

“ MagicCycling 100 ” once held an event in Yabuli and launched the "Yabuli - Hufengling - Weihu Mountain" route. In contrast, the Yaxue Highway from Yabuli Town to Xuexiang in autumn is more recommended. At this time, the autumn colors are becoming more and more intense, and the red maples on both sides of the road are like fire. With the increase of the mountain, the vegetation has also changed. Sometimes the yellow trees are shining in front of you, and sometimes the fallen birches and pine trees on the mountains are sides by side, all the way forward. You can feel the changes and different colors of forest vegetation at different altitudes. It is likely to usher in autumn snow in October. When you go out, remember to bring warm materials such as jackets.
